Who We Are
We are a team of mental health professionals working together to help our clients understand who they are, where they came from, and what they want their lives to look like. We believe in seeing and treating the whole person - including how their neurology and culture impact their day to day functioning and lifelong healing. We believe in the power of therapy, the benefit of research and medication, the strength of the individual, and the beauty of community.
What We Do
Psychotherapy
Our therapists all use a strengths-based, collaborative approach to determine the most appropriate evidence-based treatment for their client's needs and therapeutic goals.
Education
We provide education in three ways - LCSW Clinical Supervision, Consultation for new clinicians, and Continuing Education for mental health professionals.
Building Community
Finding your people is one of the biggest challenges we face in adulthood. We currently offer community workshops and therapeutic retreats to extend both your self care and your support network.
