Individual Therapy
We start therapy with everyone by asking three basic questions: What are you doing to cope with your stressors? What makes your stressors worse? and What do you want to be different? This helps to create a map of where you want to be and how to get there. Depending on what is needed, this may include skills around communication, relaxation, combating negative thoughts, or letting go of unhealthy habits. We will communicate with the other members of your healthcare team with your permission and may recommend other community resources or providers.

Couples Therapy
Navigating the challenges of life is hard - your relationship doesn't have to be. While we can't change the things that happen to us, we do have control in how we respond, how we communicate, and how we show love. Our therapists use tailored evidence based techniques including Emotion Focused Therapy and Non-Violent Communication to help you learn how to navigate the challenges in a way that builds intimacy and strengthens your relationship rather than perpetuating the patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, alone, or betrayed in your relationship.

Groups
Group therapy can be beneficial as a supplement to one on one therapy, a way to maintain positive coping skills and support, or an introduction to the therapy in general.
We provide group therapy based on our expertise as well as the needs of our community. Call any time to inquire about our group offerings and see if one of them may be a good fit for you!

Insurance Reimbursement
Though some clinicians in our practice do accept insurance, the majority of our clinicians do not (Check out your preferred clinician's individual profile to see your options). To help make self-pay more manageable, we work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network benefits, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. They charge a 5% fee per claim and have helped people get thousands of dollars back per year. Check your reimbursement here.
Note: Mentaya's goal is to save you time and money. It's completely optional, and as your therapist we do not benefit in any way from your participation.
